• This goal of developing the downtown San Jose neighborhood began in December of 2016 where Google purchased a bakery and an old telephone company
• In total, Google has spent around $470.7 million on purchasing parcels by the Diridon train station along with the SAP Center in downtown San Jose

• Nevada, San Solano, Sacramento, and San Joaquin counties are now transitioning to orange tier (a.k.a the moderate tier of COVID regulations) 
• For outdoor gathering, 50 people are allowed and Indoor is largely discouraged with a maximum of 25% capacity
