• Yesterday (Sunday, July 4), an amber alert for an abduction of a 11 year old boy was deactivated after he was found near the intersection of Glenn Avenue and Olympia in Modesto
• On Saturday before July 4, the boy had been taken at night by his Father who had allegedly stabbed the boy’s mother who has been left in critical condition 

Car-to-car shooting in Venice: Man dead and woman in hospital

• Earlier this morning (Monday), at around 2:30 am a man was killed ad a woman was hospitalized after a shooter opened fire on their vehicle
• The vehicle has crushed into a house on a residential street in Venice and the suspect(s) have not been identified currently
