• The first voting provision was to cast out ballots that are cast in the wrong precinct and the second restricts third parties from collecting early on mail-in ballots and delivering them to polling places

• Several sections of Georgia’s new election law are criticized by voting integrity activists and they say that it criminalizes normal election observation activities
• The state’s argument to this criticism is that the provisions are reinforcing previous protection and in order to maintain integrity for elections
