• After Coronado High won the game 60-57 against Orange Glen High School, the team threw tortillas at the basketball court

• Back in 2020, California had a total of 1,330 report claims of hate crimes and in comparison to 2019, the state saw 1,015 crimes which ends to be a 31% increase
• The hate crimes have been generally targeting African Americans according to Attorney General Rob Bonta
