According to California police, a security guard stabbed a shopper at Vons in Santa Monica after a fight broke out over the man’s refusal to wear a face mask
The man entered the store without a mask on November 8 around 10:30pm and “started to cause a scene” when employees urged him to wear a mask or leave, the police said in a news release
The guard pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed the man repeatedly, police said.
