On November 15, California gas prices reached $4.682 a gallon which is a new record for the stat for a second day in a row, says the American Automobile Association
The price for Nov. 15 is up 6/10 of a cent higher than the Nov. 14 average reported by AAA, which had previously broken its all-time record of $4.671 previously set in October 2012
