Lawmakers in Colorado in the House have passed a bill that would allow victims of sexual abuse to hold organization accountable with civil lawsuits dating all the way back to 1960
This bill will give victims three years to sue for the alleged abuse that happened up to 1960 and groups that could be sued include organization that hosted youth-related programs
