Nursing home bill would increase staffing and infection control

  • Louisiana’s Top Higher Education Board has enacted new rules governing how college campuses are required to respond and report sexual misconduct and harassment complaints
  • Mandatory training is set on Aug. 17 for higher education board members, college system presidents, and their lawyers 
  • Aug. 18  will be for chancellors, Title IX coordinators, police officers, athletic department staff, and other employees involved in responding to misconduct claims
