Proposed Ohio bill could remove concealed carry license requirement
- Under legislation proposed in the Ohio Senate, a concealed weapons permit not be needed and no longer require individuals to notify police officers that they are carrying a concealed weapon
- The measure allows individuals the option of keeping the permit and this would allow gun owners to carry a concealed weapon in other states that recognize those permits
