Arizona Voting Restrictions have been upheld by Supreme Court
- Today (Thursday) The Supreme court has upheld Arizona voting provisions and their ruling held that they did not violate the Voting Rights Act
- The first voting provision was to cast out ballots that are cast in the wrong precinct and the second restricts third parties from collecting early on mail-in ballots and delivering them to polling places
Debate in Court over sections of New Georgia Election law
- Several sections of Georgia’s new election law are criticized by voting integrity activists and they say that it criminalizes normal election observation activities
- The state’s argument to this criticism is that the provisions are reinforcing previous protection and in order to maintain integrity for elections
